E-Cigarette Atomizer Maintenance Cleaning using Coke/ DSE801

A few people have asked for me to video this procedure. This is just an additional step that I do once every one to two weeks besides letting the atomizer drain overnight. Be your own judge with knowing that one of my atomizers lasted four months with this procedure.(Please note: Some manufacturers do not recommend water) Keep in mind that some say that this is questionable because of the sugar in the cola, however I have had no problems with rinsing it well. In the video I soaked for 22 hours, however any amount of time is better than not at all, especially if you need your atty immediately. As with maintenance with just water, it will take a few more draws to get it vaping again. To help with that I put 2-3 drops of e-liquid directly on the dry atomizer just this time followed by a fresh full cartridge. I purchased my DSE801 E-Cigarette/Atomizer/Batteries and E-liquid from www.awesomevapor.com because of the quality of product and excellent customer service! Thank you for watching and Happy Vaping!

  1. i am cleaning with coke but i don’t clean like she is cleaning im just pour coke in the jar than i put atomizer into it closing jar and then shake for a bit and than im waiting those 22 hours but it isn’t that isn’t necessary im waiting about 12 or 6 hours and than i clean with water and using again that atomizer…and actually it works…

  2. @VapingKits Yea, it dissolves the gunk, just like using coke on your battery terminals when they have a crappy connection due to built up corrosion. Works well, and thanks for the tutorial Jada

  3. Vinegar would make more sense to me. You wont have to deal with the sugar. It’s the acid in the coke that is doing the work.

  4. Give our BV e cigs a try. starter kits @ $59.99, refill cartridges (5 pack) $4.99 and disposable only $9.99 (equal about 2 packs of cigarettes)

  5. Ever thought about green smoke? New atomizer everytime you change the cartridge. You don’t even have to worry about cleaning them.

  7. Wow, I’m going to try this, you always seem to know whats going on. One thing, I’m runing on my slow computer. Were you added the coke and blowing throught the large end or the atomizer end. Also I have gone throught three kits. What one do you recommend. I just bought a cheap one and am sending it back to try to fix. I really would appreciate letting me know what 801 you have and where you order it from. Thank you so much

  10. @jadabird77 rinse the atomizer in your sink with warm while for about 30-45 seconds, hold it at the bottom of your sink to flush it out better. use some white vinegar drop them in there, after rinsed well. pour some baking soda on top of them. let it sit for about 1hr – 1hr 30min. remove rinse with water in the sink for 20-30 seconds. dry with a hair drier after blowing out the atomizer till no water comes out. That’s how I do it ;) give it a try let me know what you think.

  11. @PBsummit Keep in mind the manufacturers do not recommend this procedure and at your own risk. This method was used on a DSE801, 901 and 510 atomizer. Also I only use on atomizers to extend their life if past the manufacturer warranty. Not sure what Blu’s policy is or even if it is recommended to clean them in this way. Sorry it didn’t work for you.
