A few people have asked for me to video this procedure. This is just an additional step that I do once every one to two weeks besides letting the atomizer drain overnight. Be your own judge with knowing that one of my atomizers lasted four months with this procedure.(Please note: Some manufacturers do not recommend water) Keep in mind that some say that this is questionable because of the sugar in the cola, however I have had no problems with rinsing it well. In the video I soaked for 22 hours, however any amount of time is better than not at all, especially if you need your atty immediately. As with maintenance with just water, it will take a few more draws to get it vaping again. To help with that I put 2-3 drops of e-liquid directly on the dry atomizer just this time followed by a fresh full cartridge. 510 Atomizer Cleaning. ( e-Cig )

How I clean my 510 atomizers. Note, this is denatured ethanol alcohol. NOT drugstore rubbing (isoproply) alcohol. That stuff just smells odd and also has 20% water in it! Denatured alcohol is 100% water free. Also Note: Some non Joye products for the 510, and some other e-cig models use a glue that the alcohol may dissolve. I have never found one. heck, I’ve even tried to dissolve the glue on mine with acetone and had no luck. If you’re not sure if your atty is a genuine Joye 510, I would suggest soaking an old or broken one in alcohol overnight to make sure it does not fall apart.

Heres an effective way to “super clean” your atomizer for your electronic cigarette, although i dont believe it should be done every time you clean your atomizer, only every other time maybe. But do not cook the element too long at one time or you will ruin your atomizer. Make sure you soak it with plenty of juice after a dry burn to avoid the acrid burnt taste in your mouth.
